The headmaster or users must read the user manual and follow the instructions given by them before filling the 10th class online application form. Heads of educational institutions of all schools will pay the examination fee. In addition to the examination fee, the fee for underage candidates, professional candidates and migration certificate will be paid online along with the submission of NR on the website as per the time table. The Principals should submit the hard copy of the Manual Nominal Roll to the O/o DEO in the format available on the website www.bse.ap.gov.in. The hard copy of the manual nominal roll should be of A3 size only.

Board of Secondary Education, Telangana and Office of Examination, Hyderabad has released the SSC/Vocational Public Examination Fee Date Notification for October. The annual examinations of Telangana state are conducted in April and May. In this regard, the school principal should collect the fees from the students and pay the fees according to the prescribed schedule.

All District DEOs, DCEB Secretaries and Assistant Commissioners of Examinations have been trained in this new online method. Training is being given to EOs and school principals at the district level. Government school principals have to log in online with their school code, while private school principals have to obtain a password from their deputy EO to log in online.

Steps to Fill TS SSC Online Application 2023 

All School Headmasters should visit BSE Telangana website by entering URL https://bse.telangana.gov.in/ in their browser, official website will open and ‘User Manual for Head Masters’ Will download Quick Link”. , Principals are requested to please read the user manual completely or follow the guidelines before proceeding further. Follow the given simple steps to submit the online application.

  1. Visit the website https://bse.telangana.gov.in/
    hm or user can visit the official website of Board of Secondary Education, Telangana State, https://bse.telangana.gov.in/ on their device browser .
  2. Click on the SSC Registration link
    Once you reach the official website of TS BSE, you can click on the link ‘Online Application Registration for SSC Examination’ in the Quick Links section on the home page. It will redirect to a new web page.
  3. Enter Login Details
    DGE Telangana login page enter the username and password in the required fields and click on the login button. After this, you will get a web application page with your school code name.
  4. Click on the Student Enrollment button
    After logging in to your school’s web application page, now click on the Student Enrollment button on this web page.
  5. correct option
    User can select the correct option from your desired drop down menu. (Select Regular without Vocational or Regular with Vocational or OSSC Regular or OSSC Private or Fail in June or Fail before June). After selection, student details web application form will be displayed in your browser.
  6. Fill the Student Details
    Once you reach the Student Web Application Form, select the correct option from the drop down list, wherever required. Fill the required student details and hit the ‘Submit’ button, you will get the ‘Success’ message. Similarly, provide information of all SSC candidates.
  7. Corrections If the Principal wishes to make corrections
    , click on the ‘Edit’ button and make corrections in the required fields.
  8. Click on the Confirm button
    After completely ensuring that the student information is 100% correct, click on the ‘Confirm’ button. After clicking on the ‘Confirm’ button, the ‘Edit’ option will be blocked.
  9. Print
    After successfully entering student information and clicking on the Confirm button, your student information will be submitted. Now, click on the ‘Print’ button to print the student information.
  10. Send to DGE office
    Take two printouts of student details of all streams, take signatures of concerned students, also affix Principal’s signature properly. One set can be kept for office purpose and the other set can be sent to DGE office with necessary information.

  3.  Prepare MNR without any mistakes before entering student information on the website.
  4.  Information for regular candidates with vocational subject is given in the web application form ‘Regular with Vocational’ only. No information is required to be provided in the ‘Regular Without Vocational’ web application form. But the headmaster should use separate sheet while providing data of regular students with vocational subjects in OMR cum ICR forms.
  5.  If the Principal wants to make corrections, click on the ‘Edit’ button.
  6.  Click on the ‘Print’ button to print the student information.
  7.  After fully ensuring that the student information is 100% correct, click on the ‘Confirm’ button. After clicking on the ‘Confirm’ button, the ‘Edit’ option will be blocked.
  8. Take two printouts of student information of all streams, obtain signatures of the concerned students, also affix signatures of the principal. One set may be retained for office purpose and the other set may be sent to the DGE’s office with the following information.
    • OMR cum ICR sheet.
    • Manual Nominal Rolls (MNRs).
    • Original fee challan.
    • Picture narration.
    • Initial Approval/ETR in respect of Private/Aided.
    • Age relaxation order if any.
    • PH certificate if any.
    • Second language exemption certificate in respect of out-of-state candidates, if any.
    • Fee is waived from the list of students.
    • Memos of failed candidates prior to 2017.
  9. Also keep the photo and signature of the student ready with the following specifications.
    • The format of the file should be .jpg.
    • The size of the photo file should be less than 30 kb and the size of the signature file should be less than 15 kb.
    • The photograph and signature of the student should be legible (use black ball point pen for signature of the student).
    • The Headmaster should ensure that the above specifications are followed while uploading the photograph and signature of the student.  

Step-by-step procedure to fill SSC Online Application Form

  • Click on the link ‘Online Application Form’ from the ‘Quick Links’ section of the BSE Telangana website.
  • Then, you will get the login page.
  • Now, enter the school code and password in the ‘Username’ and ‘Password’ columns/fields. Change the password if necessary.
  • After this, you will get a web application page with your school code name.
  • Click on the ‘Student Registration’ button.
  • Select the ‘Write Options’ option from the drop-down menu.
  • Then, the student details web application form will display in your browser.
  • Choose any two non-language subjects. Click on the OSSC Subject option then you will get the list of subjects, select the subject from the list.
  • Fill the student details in the required fields carefully and without any errors/mistakes.
  • Now, press the ‘Submit’ button, you will get the ‘Success’ message.
  • Similarly, provide information of Regular/OSSC Regular Candidates/OSSC Private Candidates along with all Regular Candidates/Professional Candidates.
  • Click on ‘Previous Year Roll Number’ to enter the data of ‘Failed in June’ / ‘Failed before June’ candidates. Option, you will get the list of failed students in June. Select the student from the list and provide the details.

How to send student information to DGE office?

After uploading student data of all streams to the school, verify each candidate’s data with the school records and correct any errors. After that take the printout of all the candidates and get the signature of the student on the printout verifying the student information given in the printout. If a candidate proposes to make corrections in the printout, re-verify the corrections with reference to the school records and correct the errors. Again the headmaster should check the student data and ensure that the data is 100% correct.

After fully ensuring that the student information is 100% correct, click on the ‘Confirm’ button. After clicking on the ‘Confirm’ button, the ‘Edit’ option will be blocked.

Take two printouts of student information of all streams, obtain signatures of the concerned students, also affix signatures of the principal. One set may be retained for office purpose and the other set may be sent to the DGE’s office with the following information.
