AP Online Teacher Information System TIS:

School Education Department has launched Online Teacher Information System (Teacher Details) on CSE AP web portal. Teacher Information System is to update the teacher database with correct information of all teachers.

These details will help the teachers to apply for transfers, promotions, awards, no objection certificate for foreign travel, claim medical reimbursement etc.

To make the process simple, DSE has divided the details into 8 parts:

5 Departmental Tests details
6 Promotion details
7 Transfer details
8 Health Card details

AP Online Teacher Information System TIS for data update of teachers: An application has been developed and given to each teacher to fill their details. To avoid any kind of disturbance, this facility is given to the teacher himself. The data entered by the teacher will be taken as the final details.

AP Online Teacher Information System:

Before starting, please have the following details ready
  1. Please keep your mobile phone – we will send you an OTP on this number
  2. We have mapped all your mobile phones with your Treasury ID. If the mobile number entered by you does not match with our database, OTP will not be sent.
  3. In such cases if you are a primary school teacher please contact your MEO for OTP and if you are an upper primary school or high school teacher please contact your DEEO.
  4. Photograph to be uploaded (soft copy)
  5. If married – Spouse details of the teacher. In which he is working in the government department
  6. If he is a government teacher, then his I.D. Description treasury
  7. All details of promotion
  8. Details of family members to be included in health card
